aq99 Terms and Conditions

1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the aq99 platform and its users ("Members"). By completing registration on aq99, a user agrees to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. aq99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To become a member of aq99, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a valid citizen or permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• Must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
• Must not have had a previously banned account on aq99.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

2.2 Registration Process

All information provided during registration — such as name, mobile number, date of birth, and email — must be truthful and accurate. If false information is used to register, aq99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. After registration, an OTP may be sent for mobile number verification.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aq99 may at any time request documents to verify a member's identity. A copy of a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID may be required. Failure to provide documents on time may delay the withdrawal process.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login and Security

Each member is responsible for the security of their own account. Keeping the password confidential and not allowing anyone else to use the account is every member's responsibility. If unauthorised access is suspected, the aq99 support team should be notified immediately.

3.2 Multiple Accounts

Opening multiple accounts using the same device, same IP address, same mobile number, or same bank account is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Suspension

aq99 may investigate or suspend any account for the following reasons: suspected fraud, breach of terms, unusual betting activity, or instructions from law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods on aq99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. The maximum limit may vary depending on the method used.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum amount for any withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Processing Time

After submitting a withdrawal request, funds should arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Accounts under verification may take additional time. For bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on banking hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

aq99 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. In the above example: bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagering has been completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and will expire if not used within the specified time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met are withdrawable.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus will not apply unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through fraud may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

5.3 Promotional Offers

aq99 announces special promotional offers from time to time. Separate terms and conditions apply to each offer and will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page. Members are advised to read the relevant terms carefully before taking advantage of any promotional offer.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Providers and Fairness

The aq99 platform uses software from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical error occurs in a game's result, aq99 reserves the right to void that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are visible in the game interface. aq99 may change betting limits at any time and such changes will take effect immediately.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a session is interrupted due to an internet disconnection or device failure, the result of that round will be saved on the server and reflected in the account afterwards. However, aq99 will not be liable for any financial loss caused by connection issues.

7. VIP Program

aq99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is paid at a set rate based on the week's net losses.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Example: If a Silver tier member has a weekly net loss of ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is generally credited to the account at the start of the following week. Members can be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular activity and betting volume.

VIP members receive priority customer support and access to special promotional offers. The specific benefits and terms of each VIP tier may change, and aq99 will endeavour to notify members before any such changes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq99 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Exchanging bets between two accounts belonging to the same person.
• Abusing bonus terms or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Any fraudulent activity against the platform or harmful to other members.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

The aq99 platform operates as an information technology service. aq99's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet connection failure or technical issues from third parties.
• Service unavailability during planned maintenance or updates.
• Loss caused by a member's insecure use of their own device, network, or login credentials.
• Financial loss arising from a member's own betting decisions.

However, if any financial loss occurs due to a direct fault of aq99, appropriate compensation will be considered.

10. Personal Data Protection

aq99 follows necessary security measures including SSL encryption to ensure the confidentiality of members' personal data. Detailed policies on data collection, storage, and use can be found in our Privacy Policy. Members' data is never sold to third parties. However, data may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.

11. Amendments and Termination

11.1 Amendment of Terms

aq99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be published on this page.

11.2 Closing an Account

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. Any balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled at the time of account closure.
